Ingrédients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 35g cocoa powder
  • 60ml dairy-free milk (such as almond or coconut milk)
  • 60ml maple syrup or agave nectar (adjust according to your sweetness preference)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries or shaved chocolate, for garnish (optional)

Méthode

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled and pitted ripe avocados, cocoa powder, dairy-free milk, maple syrup or agave nectar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender or processor as needed.
  3. Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness or cocoa level to your liking.
  4. Transfer the Chocolate Avocado Mousse to individual serving glasses or dessert bowls.
  5. Cover the glasses or bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the mousse to set and chill.
  6. Before serving, garnish the mousse with fresh berries or shaved chocolate, if desired, for an extra touch of elegance.
